Delivery

1. Our standard delivery charge is £149 (see T&Cs for more detail).
2. Our in-house, white glove delivery service
   1. Sofas & Stuff use our own in house delivery team who are highly trained professionals.
   2. We offer a two-person, white-glove service who will ensure that the product is brought into the home, unwrapped, set up, and then all packaging taken away at the end. We understand the importance of a great delivery service and that is why we use our own trusted people.
3. Worried about your product not fitting into your home?
   1. Our delivery team offer an access check service (£59) where they will attend your home to measure up and ensure your product will fit.
4. Booking your delivery date
   1. Our delivery team will reach out in advance of delivery to organise a suitable delivery date that works for you.
   2. Customers will be able to track their delivery on our tracking service on the day of delivery.

Returns

1. Any furniture ordered online (sofas, chairs, footstools, beds, sofa beds) is made specifically for you, as we do not hold stock. As such, the distance selling regulations do not apply to a product that is made or assembled especially for you ("made to measure").
2. Therefore, once we have accepted an order from you that is for a made to measure product, you do not have the right to return, though we may do so with the incurrence of a 25% restocking fee and a 75% credit note towards a new purchase. This is at our discretion. We do not offer refunds on made to measure product.
